Current test access is confirmed through the official Discord. Check there whether testing is open, which build is in use and how to get access. This website does not show live server availability.

Follow the current client instructions in the official Discord. Confirm that you have the right build for the test before installing or launching it. Avoid installer links shared outside the official community.

Website registration is not open yet. One account for the website and game is planned. For testing, use only the access instructions confirmed by the team on Discord.

First check that your client build and operating system match the current Discord instructions. Note whether the problem occurs while downloading, installing, opening the launcher or connecting to the game.

Keep the exact error message and a screenshot. Ask the team for the next step before deleting files or reinstalling. Do not disable your security software or bypass a security warning to make the client run.

Ask for the requirements of the current test client in Discord. Older installation guides, graphics plug-in settings and version numbers may no longer apply. Do not assume a setting or platform is supported until it is confirmed for your build.

Ask in the official Discord where reports for the current test should go. Include the client version, operating system, time of the issue, reproduction steps, expected result and actual result. Report one issue at a time.

Add a relevant screenshot or log excerpt with passwords, tokens, recovery codes and unrelated personal information removed.

Stop the affected test. Ask the team on Discord how to report the details privately. Do not continue exploiting the problem, access another player’s account or post sensitive details publicly.

Follow the latest update instructions for the client you received through Discord. If those instructions say to use the launcher’s updater, follow that process. If your version still differs from the required build, ask for help before replacing files manually.

Progress retention and reset rules have not been confirmed on this page. Ask the team for the policy for your test before relying on progress, items or account continuity.
